Condition details: In good condition, outside leather is in good condition. Corner hardware have some sign of wear and rubbing and some silvering around the edges. Front button is silvered. Inside is clean with some sign of wear. Binder works well with signs of wear. No foul smell. Comes with 2020 insert.
